Milk Bars was a venue wide site-specific immersive work that explored the iconic Australian milk bar. Audiences selected their own journey through the venue encountering projections, photographs, other documents, performance art, dance, puppetry, spoken word, soundscapes and interviews, live songs and community experts that shared their personal experiences of owning or growing up in a milk bar.
